Because of social media, we’re always talking to others.

If you’re anything like me, not a day goes by that you don’t talk to people, especially on Facebook.

Molly uses GroupTrack in many different ways to better her business and never lose a lead. Let’s look at a few examples.

Recently, Molly made a post in her Facebook group to announce an upcoming “Ask Me Anything” live video. 

Thirty-one people commented on the post, and although Molly replied to a few of the comments, she wanted to track everyone who had questions.

First, she expanded the comment thread. Then, she clicked the GroupTrack CRM Chrome extension button in her menu bar.

Now, there’s an icon next to each person’s name in the comments. When you hover over the icon, you’ll see a drop-down menu with options.

For each person, you can take notes to view later, set tags for groups or other descriptors, save their comment, send a direct message, book a call, and more.

How cool is that?

GroupTrack also makes it easy to set different funnels for each stage of the client journey. This is crucial when making business connections.

When connecting with people, you need to recognize there is a specific client journey that your ideal clients are moving through.
